Waiting for Deposit

The people we dealt with were based in Rosehill NSW they took our deposit came and checked the property advised can’t install and disappeared in thin air. Numerous calls and emails to recover our deposit they responded with lies after lies been a month and half still waiting our deposit. We had to report them to Fair trading and Green Energy Council. Tried to contact them on facebook got blocked by the owner of Rousehill location. They have really bad reviews.

We had a great experience with the whole process! As homeowners we didn't know much about the energy saving schemes or what upgrades were worth it. The crew was very knowledgeable and patiently walked us through everything. Very professional, informative and straightforward. They responded to our questions quickly and made sure the whole upgrade would be seamless.
